Hello! I’m an avid learner through trial and error and book learning. In many ways, all research is me search. I’ve been a bodywork since 2005, exploring numerous modalities. I’m a yoga instructor, personal trainer and I enjoy helping people feel more comfortable in their bodies and move with more ease. I’m also a life coach, most influenced by Somatic Experiencing and IFS informed parts, to help people unwind from triggers and difficult patterns towards greater aliveness. Before becoming a bodyworker, I was in grad school for Molecular and Cell Biology and I am grateful for my science training.
