Ashley Milligan is a Licensed Massage Therapist, Intuitive Energy Healer, and Conscious Breathwork Facilitator. She began her journey into the healing arts over 20 years ago when she graduated as a massage therapist in 2001 from Cumberland Institute in Brentwood, Tennessee. Her massage is custom designed according to the clients needs, integrating multiple modalities such as Deep Tissue, Swedish, Myofascial Release, Aromatherapy, Craniosacral Therapy, and Intuitive energy work.Conscious Breathwork is a passion for her as it has helped her on her healing journey. She recently became a Conscious Rebirth Breathwork Facilitator and is excited to add this to her list of healing services.When Ashley isnt working she enjoys exploring the world and spending time in nature
