After graduating from Rogue Community College in June of 2012, I worked in 4 separate locations gaining experience including a chiropractic office, a 5* Aveda spa, a wellness clinic in Brookings and for Asante doing in-home massages for hospice patients. June1st 2015 Essential Wellness Bodywork & Massage opened it's doors to the community at 849 NE 7th. I specialize in Medical Massage, Therapeutic Massage, Swedish, Deep Tissue, Table Thai and Reflexology. I customize each session to make sure you get the type of work you are seeking, whether that is simply relaxation or help with healing from a specific injury. Massage and bodywork are my passions.
Massage Therapy
A deeply relaxing massage where oil is used and combined with smooth, firm, but gentle pressure to ease muscle tension. It is a classic massage that will dissolve your stress, and leave you with a renewed sense of well being. Essential oil for aroma therapy along with warm packs are available upon request. Couple's massage ('side-by-side') options are available, but need to be booked by calling the office at 541-916-8585.
Reflexology
Choose this only if you and your friend or significant other would like to be in the same room. Get ready for a deeply therapeutic and relaxing experience with our gifted reflexologists in our especially curated room for couples and/or friends. Reflexology works on specific pressure points on the hands and/or feet to effect the entire body.
