Hannah completed her Registered Massage Therapy program at Langara College in 2022. Her approach to massage therapy involves both client and practitioner working together to create a tailored experience to best achieve the goals of treatment. She practices with a light to medium pressure, keeping deep pressure to a minimum and within specific target areas. Her hands-on techniques range from myofascial release, joint mobilizations, Swedish massage, trigger-point release, and hydrotherapy. She has also completed continuing education in the treatment of TMJ disorders and headaches. Hannah’s purpose through massage therapy is to improve quality of life and decrease symptomatic discomfort of those who seek relief from injury or maintenance of chronic conditions. In her practice, she values collaboration, mutual respect, and communication.
