Growing up, Ada was a competitive Ultimate Frisbee player, representing both Team Canada and UBC. These experiences fostered her appreciation for movement, teamwork, and athletic performance. Today, you can still find Ada on the Ultimate field, as well as enjoying running, tennis, and more recently, golf. She completed her Master of Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Kinesiology at the University of British Columbia. Ada has worked with a diverse range of clients – from children to older adults, athletes, desk workers, and individuals with neurological conditions. She is passionate about helping people understand their bodies better, move with confidence, and return to the activities they love.
