Dr. Wittal’s desire to help those in need through chiropractic care comes from being an avid athlete, with a strong passion for sport. He has spent over 20 years competing in ice hockey, lacrosse, baseball and rugby. Suffering from a multitude of injuries ranging from concussions, low back pain to separated shoulders, he relied heavily on chiropractic care to help him recover faster. His constant pursuit of knowledge leads him to continually take extensive continuing education classes in concussion management, myofascial release, extremity adjusting, functional movement assessment, applied kinesiology, vestibular rehabilitation and nutritional support. These have allowed him to acquire a unique compilation of skill sets that allow him to address a variety of different musculoskeletal disorders in effective, non-invasive, hands–on ways.
