“The approach is a product of trying to integrate the influence of some amazing hands on body workers from chiro to osteo and massage therapy, with a rehab and training lens that is performance oriented based on lessons learned from some of the industry leaders. The idea isn’t to impose upon anyone a paradigm that doesn’t align with what they’re seeking. We’re here to connect, care and serve. So having a framework that is flexible and scalable is paramount because it lets me meet the person where they are.”

Initial Chiropractic Assessment (90min)

Initial assessment includes a deep dive into goals for our sessions, expectations, barriers, past health and movement history as well any other pertinent information. The session will also include a physical exam consisting of a thorough movement screen and any necessary palpation identifying the tone, range of motion and sensitivity of affected regions of the body. Baseline assessment of both the active and passive portions will give direction for what to train and treat throughout our sessions.
