Stephanie graduated from East West College of the Healing Arts in Portland, Oregon, and has been practicing massage since 2013. She has worked at multiple chiropractic clinics in both Oregon and California doing what she describes as "deep tissue massage, performed in a relaxing manner." She believes therapeutic massage is where the most lasting pain relief comes from, but the body more readily receives intensive work when the nervous system is also calm. Stephanie's goal is to provide beneficial and customized sessions with every client who is looking to decrease pain, enhance mobility, and improve their well-being and overall health. With her adaptable style and strong attention to detail, she incorporates deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, and Swedish modalities into all her treatments.
