Massage Therapy
Uses long, flowing strokes with light to medium pressure to achieve optimum relaxation.
Reflexology
A foot wash, scrub with aromatherapy oils and sugar or salt scrub, hot towels, and then a relaxing foot massage along with Reflexology.
