Dr. Aseela Srosh earned her Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of Toronto and completed a Graduate Diploma in Applied Health Sciences at the University of Western Ontario. She later received her Doctor of Chiropractic degree from the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College. Dr. Srosh takes a patient-centered, evidence-based approach that combines movement, hands-on therapy, and education. She has experience in functional movement assessments, therapeutic exercise, soft tissue therapy, and uses modalities such as ultrasound, electrotherapy, shockwave, and laser therapy to support recovery. With a background in multidisciplinary care, she brings a well-rounded and compassionate perspective to her practice. She has a particular clinical interest in treating temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction and related headaches, using gentle, targeted therapy to reduce tension and improve comfort. Outside the clinic, Dr. Srosh enjoys staying active through walking and weightlifting, and finds balance in creative outlets like cooking, baking, and pottery. She values a lifestyle rooted in movement, mindfulness, and meaningful connection.
