Sara is a compassionate physiotherapist who enjoys working with everyday people looking to stay active, manage pain, and keep up with the demands of daily life. She has a particular interest in supporting runners, soccer players, postpartum women & desk jockeys. But above all else she loves helping busy people find realistic, sustainable ways to move and feel better. She has extensive experience working with hypermobility and chronic pain, and enjoys getting to help clients understand their bodies and build confidence in movement. Her journey into physiotherapy started with having her own many injuries and surgeries, which took her through multiple bouts of rehabilitation. She received a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of Colorado and has continued to advance her musculoskeletal training with orthopedic and manual therapy courses. She is trained in IMS (dry needling) and Clinical Pilates which have helped elevate her whole-body approach to care. Sara believes physiotherapy should fit into real life. Her goal is to help people feel stronger, move with less pain, and stay active doing the things that matter most to them. Outside the clinic, Sara is kept busy with her two young boys and enjoys hiking, beach days, bingeworthy tv shows, and playing in Lynn Canyon with her family.

New Client - Initial Physiotherapy Assessment (60 min)

When booking an Initial Assessment, we recommend you book a few (3-4) follow up appointments (30 or 45min Subsequent) one week apart as the therapists schedules fill up quickly. This ensures that you have ongoing treatment, and if you end up not needing the sessions you can cancel them with 24 hours notice.
