Ceara is an Acupuncturist whose practice is rooted in the philosophies and principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine. She has spent the last three years studying and practicing Acupuncture and various TCM modalities, developing a deep respect for the body’s ability to heal it’s self when given the right support. Her approach is shaped by her background as a continuing care assistant and shelter support worker. These experiences have given her a strong foundation in trauma-informed and client-centered care, which she brings into every treatment. With Acupuncture as her primary modality, Ceara takes a holistic view of the body—considering physical, emotional, and energetic patterns to understand the root of imbalance. Treatments may also include fire cupping, gua sha, moxibustion, ear seeds, and Tui Na, depending on each client’s individual needs. Ceara works with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, fatigue, menstrual cycle issues, muscle tension, digestive imbalances, and sleep disorders. Her goal is to create a supportive space where clients can feel grounded, seen, and empowered in their healing journey.

Initial Assessment Acupuncture (75 min)
Chinese Medicine

During initial assessment we'll discuss your main health concerns, review your overall wellness, and explore how acupuncture and related therapies can support you. Depending on your needs, we may also use supportive therapies such as cupping, Gua sha, moxibustion, or ear seeds! Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete any remaining intake documentation. I also advise to eat a like meal before and to wear loose comfortable clothing to ensure easy access to arms, legs and back.
