NOLA Massage

627 Cherokee Street, Suite 106, New Orleans, LA, 70118

I have been practicing and studying massage professionally for twenty years. Massage has always been very natural for me and I first learned to give massage as a toddler. Natural healing and massage have been very important to me in my life. There were many things that I had to work through during my teenage years and into my twenties. Hurricane Katrina also gave me a great deal of my own personal trauma that created a space and need for new growth in my life. I am grateful for the opportunity I have to work with others as they work through their pain and traumas and I am grateful to have the skill, the touch, and the knowledge to facilitate one's healing in their own life and body. I continue to study, travel, learn, and I am finally starting to teach. While I have studied many Eastern methods, I have over 20,000 hours in hands on work and continue most of my education in sports therapies, deep tissue, traditional healing and Thai Massage. Learning and growing, constantly.
