Massage Therapy
Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface.
Reflexology
Reflexology triggers stimulation on points and organ systems in the body through pressure point contact in ones feet and/or hands to help assist the body in its own healing, restoration, and rejuvenation. This modality requires me to work on your feet!
