Afsoun Khalili is a naturopathic doctor (ND) in the GTA and a graduate of the Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM), with a bachelor of science in biochemistry. While Dr. Khalili ND utilizes all naturopathic modalities for treatment, patients can also benefit from her advanced training in cosmetic/facial rejuvenation acupuncture and anti-aging treatments. In addition to owning Khalili Second Nature, she is currently an associate professor and clinic faculty member at The Canadian College of Naturopathic Medicine (CCNM), lecturing and teaching Clinical Nutrition, and supervising 4th-year clinical interns at CCNMs teaching clinic, The Robert Schad Naturopathic Clinic (RSNC). Dr. Khalili is the creator and facilitator of Be Your Best Self, a healthy lifestyle and weight management program offered at RSNC. The program has enjoyed success for more than 15 years. Dr. Khalili has been involved with CCNMs corporate wellness program in the past. Additional topics which she has lectured on include Clinical Nutrition, Obesity, Thyroid health, Diabetes, Stress management, Eating healthfully, Detoxification and Food sensitivities, Gastrointestinal disorders, Sleep and mood disorders, Eczema, Body image issues, and menopause among many others.
For all New Patients who would like to begin care at our clinic. This appointment will be conducted in person.Your appointment will be conducted by a senior student intern who is supervised by a licensed naturopathic doctor. During the appointment the intern will review your health goals and health history then if possible and the supervisor agrees they will make preliminary treatment suggestions. While we aim for this treatments are not guaranteed at the first appointment. This appointment is not assigned to a specific intern, it is only linked to the supervising ND.
