Andrea, an honours graduate from Bryan College of Applied Health and Business Sciences in Toronto, has called Carleton Place home for several years, building a trusted and supportive community around her. With a genuine passion for massage therapy and a deep respect for the complexities of the human body, Andrea approaches each session with care, compassion, and expertise to help her clients find relief and balance. Her therapeutic approach incorporates techniques such as trigger point therapy and manual therapy, each selected thoughtfully to release tension, alleviate pain, and restore harmony. Andrea is dedicated to guiding her clients toward a more active, pain-free lifestyle. A proud member of the CMTO (College of Massage Therapists of Ontario) and RMTAO (Registered Massage Therapists Association of Ontario), Andrea is excited to be part of the Integrate team, where she looks forward to supporting clients in their journeys toward relaxation and wellness. Outside her practice, Andrea enjoys spending quality time with her daughter and husband, exploring new recipes, and immersing herself in a good book. During warmer months, she cherishes time at the lake with family and friends. Andrea looks forward to welcoming you to the clinic and supporting your path to wellness.
