I graduated from Maines renowned Downeast School of Massage in 2019, completing the 600+ hour curriculum. I quickly fell in love with bodywork and the change I felt in receiving and providing such wholesome care for myself and others. Since completing massage therapy school my life has taken such an enlightened turn, I always aspire to be my best self each day, and here at Aspire Massage & Wellness that is my mission- to help facilitate my clients on their own aspirational and ever-evolving journey.
