Rochelle is a Registered Physiotherapist at Empower MVMT. She completed her Master of Science in Physical Therapy at Queen’s University and has a background in Kinesiology, with a strong foundation in movement and exercise-based rehabilitation. She is also certified in acupuncture, which she incorporates into treatment when appropriate to support pain management and recovery. Rochelle’s clinical areas of interest include orthopedic injuries, return-to-sport rehabilitation, and Clinical Pilates. She loves helping clients build strength, and move with confidence, through individualized, functional treatment. Her approach blends physiotherapy with intentional movement to support both recovery and long-term performance. Outside of the clinic, you can usually find Rochelle staying active—whether that’s at a spin class, in the gym, on the ice playing hockey, or out hiking. She brings that same energy into her sessions and enjoys working with individuals who want to keep doing what they love.
