Inspired by a lifelong history of caring for others through touch, Auttumn completed her training at the Pittsburgh School of Massage Therapy. There, she developed a strong foundation in myofascial release, neuromuscular therapy, Swedish massage, and energy work. Autumn’s’ massage style blends clinical knowledge with intuition and creativity, allowing her to tailor each session to the unique needs of the individual. She prioritizes comfort, safety, and presence, offering personalized massage sessions with gentle yet attentive care. Her work is guided by a deep respect for the body’s innate ability to heal when supported with intention and awareness. Through her ongoing Reiki practice, Auttumn has learned to trust her intuition and “gut feeling” as a powerful guide in healing work. During Reiki sessions, she encourages clients to bring a journal to reflect afterward, helping them integrate the energy work into their personal self-care and wellness routines.
