Erica Dupuis holds a bachelor's in Human Kinetics (2004) a Masters in science in Physical Therapy (2008) , is certified medical acupuncture practitioner(2010) , and is a certified pelvic health practitioner. Erica enjoys the challenge of a mixed case load, treating all ages. She has special interests in headache management, orthopaedic injuries both spinal and peripheral; such as arthritis, jaw pain, sprains/strains, fractures and joint replacements. As a former athlete and fitness enthusiast herself Erica has particular interest in sports injuries including; hockey, gymnastics, dance, soccer, and a multitude of other sports. Continuing education includes; -Myofascial trigger point & proprioceptive therapy -Chronic pain and lifestyle restoration -McKenzie Trained; Lumbar spine -Continuing education through the Advanced Physical therapy education institute; cervical spine articular dysfunction, Hip complex, and shoulder complex, jaw, Advanced Lumbo-Pelvic complex certification program. -Continuing education through the Canadian Physiotherapy Associations Orthopaedic Division -Certified Medical Acupuncture; Acupuncture Foundation of Canada Institute -Treating Urinary Incontinence; pelvic floor muscle re-education & behavioural techniques -The female Athlete- The physiodetective on point dry needling Erica uses an empowering approach to physiotherapy with an emphasis on patient education and exercise therapy. She prides herself on creating a strong connection with her patients in order to help them achieve their goals.

Initial Assessment

Please call the clinic to book this if you are a new patient to the clinic, if you haven't been in to see the therapist in over 3 months, or if this an injury to a new body site. This visit includes a thorough assessment and an initial treatment. Please call the clinic to request an initial assessment as spaces are limited due to volume of caseload.
