James has been practicing for over four years - helping his clients live pain-free lives through myofascial release, neuromuscular massage and education about how their posture and habits affect their lives. After personally finding relief through massage for chronic neck pain sustained from multiple car accidents, James was inspired to pursue massage as a career in order to help others. James attended the National Holistic Institute in Santa Ana, California and graduated in 2018 with his diploma in Advanced Neuromuscular Massage Therapy and Health Education - one of the most rigorous neuromuscular massage programs in the country. James treats chronic pain patterns, post-injury muscle rehabilitation, repetitive strain injuries, postural imbalances, limited range of motion, TMJ syndrome, tension headaches and much more. James also enjoys incorporating lymphatic drainage massage as well as other massage modalities into his customized sessions for a comprehensive healing approach. Massage Therapy
This session is specifically for POST-SURGICAL treatment. A specialized form of medical massage/bodywork performed by a certified therapist to encourage the movement of lymphatic fluid through the body reducing lymphedema and swelling. If you've not yet been released by your doctor you will need to have a doctor's note allowing you to have lymphatic drainage massage (usually 6 weeks or less post surgery).
