Isha holds a Master’s degree in Sports Physiotherapy, earned in 2013 in India. With a strong foundation in treating elite athletes, she has worked closely with national-level archers, cricketers, and golfers. Her diverse experience spans Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, as well as physiotherapy support in long-term care settings. In addition, she has experience with WSIB, MVA and private clients in corporate and private clinics. She is a certified Level 1 and 2 Tai Chi instructor from the UK and integrates this gentle art into her practice when beneficial. Isha is particularly passionate about hands-on manual therapy for pain relief and is known for her empathetic, patient-centered approach. She values evidence-based practice and thrives in collaborative, multidisciplinary environments to ensure the best outcomes for her clients. When not working, she enjoys experimenting with global cuisines, reading, listening to music, exploring new destinations, dancing and spending quality time with her 6-year old.

Initial Assessment (1 hour)

This is your first visit for any new injury or any injury that hasn't been treated by us for more then three months. It includes both assessment and treatment. This is only for private assessments. It is not for motor vehicle accidents or workplace injuries. Please include the body part that we will be assessing. Only one area can be assessed at a time.
