Ariel Starr is a Licensed Massage Therapist and bodyworker devoted to helping clients reconnect with their bodies through intentional, therapeutic touch. Trained at The Boulder College of Massage Therapy, Ariel's extensive training spans over 1000 hours, ensuring a high standard of care and expertise. Ariel is an integrative massage therapist drawing from a diverse range of techniques including Swedish, shiatsu, sports and orthopedic massage, medical massage, lymph drainage, prenatal/postpartum massage, and cupping therapy, Ariel provides a comprehensive approach to healing. Her approach is rooted in presence, integrity, and a deep respect for the bodys innate ability to heal when supported properly. After navigating significant personal healing in her own life, Ariel brings authenticity and compassion into every session. Her work is not just about relieving tension, its about restoring balance, encouraging resilience, and creating space for clients to feel safe in their bodies again.
An integrated approach to massage incorporates multiple styles or techniques to treat a range of issues. A 60-minute session allows for a full-body maintenance massage with some site-specific work, or an in-depth focus on one or two areas of concern.
