For the last 16 years Ive worked full-time as a Licensed Massage Therapist, refining and perfecting my craft, and deepening my understanding of structural bodywork. I am deeply devoted to the treatment from athletes to the everyday working person. It is my mission to help you get out of pain and help you live a functionally sound life. In my practice I usea variety of modalities including sports, deep tissue, trigger point, pre/post natal, cupping, injury/surgery recovery as well as Manual Lymph Drainage I am looking forward to meeting you!
