My life mission is to challenge and guide others to live the life they want through practical lifestyle and nutrition choices as well as having a healthy mindset. I have been mentored and taught from professors and professionals in the healing arts from around the world. In 2014, after 9 years of owning and operating Heal Oriental Medicine, a women’s health and fertility clinic in Minneapolis and St. Paul, I went on a sabbatical to California. I invested my time in learning from other ancient healing cultures that I have long respected as well as from experts in a wide variety of specialties, all of whom push the envelope in their field and ask the hard questions about how the body works and how to optimize health. In spring of 2017, after 2 years of studying and also having baby number two, my family of four moved back to Minnesota! After a couple of years in Mayoland Rochester, our family is once again returning to the Twin Cities where I get the opportunity to partner with Partners (In)Fertility in Minneapolis! Besides immersing myself and family and patients on this quest for a happy and healthy life, I love spending time foraging and exploring the outdoors with our 2 children and creating healthy food and medicinal concoctions in my kitchen! I am excited to be working with patients in the Twin Cities area and alongside the therapists at Partners (In)Fertility. This, in person appointment, is similar to the Telehealth Consult and Coaching call coupled with an in clinic treatment. However, there is not a written report and we go more in depth at each subsequent appointment.
