After a previous career working with neuro-diverse individuals, Kat has developed an extensive background in Trauma-Informed Care. Her passion for providing client-centered, evidence and autonomy driven care often leaves client’s feeling heard, supported and empowered. Kat’s treatments are myofascial release oriented and aimed to optimize lymphatic flow. Treatments have been described as happening with you, rather than to you as active movement is often a key component. With a special interest in working with Acute and Chronic Pain, Rehabilitation, Mental Health and Optimizing Movement Performance - Kat utilizes a collaborative approach to care. Kat graduated with honors from the massage therapy program at Eastern College in Halifax in 2021.
