Being involved in sports all her life, Bahar has a special interest in helping the body heal itself. In 2015, Bahar earned a diploma in Kinesiology from Holland College in PEI. Following graduation, Bahar began her career as a physiotherapist assistant in a multidisciplinary clinic. She then began working as the head trainer for the National Basketball League of Canada and the Hurricanes Football team of Holland College. In 2016, Bahar moved to Ontario to continue her education in Athletic Therapy. She graduated from Kikkawa College and became an RMT with the CMTO. She completed an additional training in medical acupuncture through the Neurofunctional Acupuncture program at McMaster University. She has a thirst for continuing education and believes that it is important to provide the most up to date, evidence based treatment to her clients. In her spare time, Bahar enjoys bouldering and spending time in nature.
