My name is Lisa Perez. I have always had a love for alternative healing, and massage therapy has been very helpful to me and my family. I studied massage therapy at Natural Health Institute in Nashville, TN in 2001 and received my license in October of 2002. I have been practicing consistently since that time. I specialize in deep tissue, cupping and neuromuscular therapy, to aid in chronic pain relief.
Massage
Pregnancy massage focuses on addressing the special needs of expecting women. Cushions, and side-lying postures are used to prevent putting pressure on the abdomen.
Reflexology
Reflexology is a technique that focuses on specific pressure points within your feet to help correct energy flows throughout your body.
Lymphatic Drainage
Manual lymphatic drainage (MLD) is a type of gentle massage which is intended to encourage the natural drainage of the lymph, which carries waste products away from the tissues back toward the heart.
