Hello all and thank you for starting this new journey with me. I’m so excited and overwhelmed with joy. A little about me, I’ve always loved the body, health and wellness since I can remember. I was an athlete growing up and the last sport was power lifting. I was always in love with the body and actions of the muscles. I actually thought of becoming a body builder as a teenager instead I competed in 2 power lifting tournaments in New York City while in high school and placed first and second place. Years later I thought I would like to become a physical therapist, gym teacher or even a coach however life goes on and God lead me in a different direction. Needless to say, I feel in love with massage therapy. Over the years I have worked everywhere from day spas, gyms, rehabilitation centers, clinics, chiropractic offices businesses and the airport. I have extensive experience with injuries, pain management, headaches or migraines and stress relief. After 19 years I still look forward to helping people improve their quality of life through the art of Massage Therapy.
Smooth stones are heated and then lubricated with oil or essential oils, the therapeutic effects of heat are used to relax muscles more deeply. Used as an extension of the therapist’s hands, the use of massage stones induces deep relaxation and provides a unique experience many find to be tremendously calming and centering.
