Jen’s passion for health, fitness and everything body related led her to pursue a new career in massage therapy. As a fairly new graduate in 2023, Jen has joined the S2S team as a passionate and dedicated RMT, keen on diving into and solving peoples physical limitations. Jen grew up in Calgary where her love of all things mountains eventually brought her to BC 25 years ago and was lucky enough to settle in Squamish. Being an avid mountain biker, Jen found her forever home here, where she has been lucky enough to raise 2 healthy teenage boys. Jen has a Bachelor of Arts Degree from the University of Western Ontario, a diploma in Fine Furniture Design and Building and has led fitness classes as a Personal Trainer. Her desire to continue learning more about the body and the benefits of manual therapy naturally lead her to massage and all the benefits it can bestow. As an avid mountain biker and mountain lover, Jen embraces the natural wonders of her surroundings, finding inspiration in the rugged beauty that Squamish offers. With her heart set on making a meaningful impact, she is dedicated to helping individuals pinpoint the source of their pain, guiding them toward the path of relief and empowering them to reclaim their active lives.
