Jody is a graduate of Spa Tech Institute in Westbrook, Maine. In addition to being an extremely intuitive and compassionate therapist, she also specializes in Cupping Therapy and Polarity Therapy. Cupping Therapy utilizes silicon cups which are suctioned on the skin and gently moved to help release sticky fascia. Polarity Therapy uses gentle movements to facilitate rebalancing of the energy systems. Polarity Therapy encourages deep healing and functional change and can be combined with massage.
