Rest and Rejuvenate Massage Therapy
15066 Los Gatos Almaden Rd., Suite # 120, Los Gatos, CA, 95032
10 years and 10,000+ hours of experience, I am the proud owner and Massage Therapist of Rest and Rejuvenate going on 5 years now. I'm so excited to provide you with customized massage therapy solutions for your muscle needs. I have been trained in Swedish, Deep Tissue, Trigger Point, Sports, Prenatal, Reflexology and Hot Stone Massage. It's my intention that massage be professional, thoughtful, therapeutic, and respectful; massage is born out of the idea that on a base level, human touch should begin with the intent to promote kindness. Therefore, I believe my massage stands out because of my training and years of experience. I have been able to fine tune my skills to better serve my clients needs. When I see clients on a regular basis, I love to watch their bodies improve in mobility and overall muscle health and wellness. When I was younger I'd always massage friends and family because it was fun! This led me to pursue a career in body work. Massage school came natural and easy for me. The more I learned about body work the more I realized how much I loved this work. For the first four years I worked at Massage Envy Spa and developed my own personal technique and tons of experience. I met the best co-workers and even greater clients. For a year and a half, I was privileged to work with a great team at Body Rest Massage as an independent contractor to get the experience to branch out on my own. In my personal life, I love going to the movies and I have a big reading obsession!
Massage Therapy
Sports massage therapy is geared toward athletes of every kind.. The particulars of the sports massage technique are specific to the athlete's sport of choice. Focusing on areas of the body that are overused and stressed from repetitive and often aggressive movements.
Reflexology
The prolonged neglect of our feet only adds to the list of aches, pains, and potential medical issues as we age. Pain relief, nerve stimulation, blood flow, migraine relief, and so much more can be achieved through reflexology. And in the absence of abnormalities, reflexology may be as effective for promoting better health and preventing illness, as it may be for relieving the symptoms of stress, injury and improving your mood.
