Jon-Erik Lido, LAc approaches acupuncture with a unique blend of deep clinical experience and an easygoing, conversational warmth. Practicing since 2010, Jon-Erik specializes in structural, functional, and orthopedic conditions, with a particular focus on chronic pain, acute injuries, and surgical rehabilitation of the spine and extremities. His treatments integrate Western concepts like osteopathy and neuropuncture with traditional electroacupuncture and Tuina bodywork to restore mobility and performance. Driven by a passion for longevity and anti-aging, Jon-Erik also offers aesthetic microneedling treatments. In the treatment room, Jon-Erik is deeply connected, lighthearted, and dedicated to solving your complex health puzzles.
This initial treatment will take about 80 minutes and will include traditional Chinese medical diagnosis, discussion of pertinent medical history, first treatment with any combination of acupuncture, bodywork.
