Bridgette has been a massage therapist for 28 years. She is a graduate of West Wind Massage Academy as well as Washington Spa Academy. Bridgette is an intuitive massage therapist who combines technical skill with empathy. She can help with chronic pain and tension, limited ROM, neuromuscular issues and relaxation. She has a wide range of specialties including cupping and reflexology. Her intra oral work is effective in helping with TMJ and headache issues. Her energy work and vagus reset helps to calm the nervous system. Bridgette is outgoing, warm and attentive to your individual needs. When not massaging, she loves spending time with family and friends, working in the garden, exploring nature. and loves music and dancing.
