Dr. Kristina Mirceta is a licensed chiropractor who studied at the Canadian Memorial Chiropractic College (CMCC). Prior to CMCC, she completed an undergraduate degree at McMaster University in Kinesiology. Throughout her academic career she has always been an advocate for living a balanced and healthy lifestyle. Kristina’s evidence-based practice includes a wide range of passive and active therapies to get you feeling better, sooner. She incorporates spinal manipulation, mobilizations, soft tissue therapy, acupuncture and cupping. A large part of her treatment plan includes getting you moving with the appropriate rehab exercises. She strongly believes in the philosophy that “motion is lotion”! Kristina is passionate about overall health and wellness. Growing up she played competitive basketball and was always a very active individual, which led her to becoming a rehab clinician. When she’s not working you can find her experimenting with new recipes, exploring restaurants in Toronto, and traveling. She speaks fluent Serbian and Croatian.
