60 Minute Appointment This includes: Administration, Assessment, Treatment, and Home-Care as indicated. A hot stone massage is a treatment designed to promote deep relaxation and relieve muscle tension. During the session, heated stones are used as an extension of the therapist's hands. The heat from the stones helps to relax the muscles, as the stones are glided over the muscles to enhance the massage experience. The heat also allows the therapist to apply pressure in areas of tightness without causing discomfort. The combination of heat and therapeutic techniques aims to reduce stress, improve circulation, alleviate pain, and promote an overall sense of well-being.
