Ashley is a Physiotherapy Resident with Physiotherapy Alliance, working at the Stratford and Mitchell locations. She completed her Honours Bachelor of Science with a specialization in Human Kinetics at the University of Ottawa before earning her Master of Science in Physiotherapy at McMaster University in Hamilton. Ashley is passionate about empowering individuals to recover from injury through education and self-management strategies, helping them return to the activities they love. Her clinical interests include orthopaedic conditions, neuro rehabilitation, and injury prevention. Ashley is excited to pursue post-graduate education to further enhance her clinical skills and advance her practice. Outside the clinic, Ashley enjoys exercising, reading books, and spending time outdoors with family and friends

This type of appointment is not for injuries that occurred at work or as a result of a motor vehicle collision.
