Jordan is a Registered Physiotherapist who is passionate about helping people of all ages get back to doing the activities that matter most to them. She works with adults, children, and athletes alike—whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing a chronic condition, supporting your child’s development, or striving to improve your athletic performance. Jordan is dedicated to helping you reach your movement and wellness goals with care that is both personalized and evidence-informed. Jordan graduated from Western University with a BA Honors Specialization in Kinesiology and a Minor in Rehabilitation Sciences before moving to Toronto to complete her Master of Science in Physiotherapy at the University of Toronto. She has also completed her certification in dry needling and continues to advance her clinical skills through ongoing training in manual therapy as part of the Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal (AIM) program. When she’s not working with patients, you can find Jordan reading in the park, going to the movies, or seeing her favourite bands in concert. She believes in the importance of balance—both in everyday life and in treatment—and is excited to work together with you to move better and get back to the things that bring you joy.

A comprehensive initial assessment including: A detailed injury history, a detailed running history, strength and mobility screen, gait analysis (if appropriate), training load review, therapeutic exercise prescription, training guidance - to support injury recovery and access to network of healthcare professionals to support injury diagnosis and treatment (sport physician, sport dietician, pelvic physiotherapists, massage therapists, strength and conditioning)
