220 Brew St, #830, Port Moody, BC, V3H 0E5
Patrizio graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Bachelor’s in Human Kinetics and a Masters in Physical Therapy. He has completed certifications in Concussion Management, Vestibular Rehab, Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA), and Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS). In addition to this, he has completed coursework in advanced management of the shoulder, hip, tendons, and the jaw (TMJ). Patrizio believes that taking a thorough history and discussing goals of therapy are crucial for the best outcomes. This allows him to find a safe point of entry for his exercise prescription while providing essential advice and education for injury recovery and prevention. Additionally, he uses manual therapy, mechanical traction, athletic taping, and IMS/functional dry needling to improve function, ease pain, and de-threaten movement. Beyond the scope of treating pain and function, Patrizio strives to help all his patients achieve their activity goals through a variety of strength and conditioning approaches. Outside of the clinic, Patrizio is always looking for a new hike to explore, a different route on his road bike, and fresh powder for his snowboard. As a Port Moody local, he’s always making the most of the various mountain and water-based activities in the area.
