7pm - 8:30pm **Organized in a way so you can use your Acupuncture benefits** The combination of a custom acupuncture treatment with the frequencies of a sound bath leaves you feeling deeply relaxed and open up your meridians. This treatment is provided by a team of highly skilled Doctors of acupuncture. You will need to fill out an intake form prior to the event and will have a quick meeting with your Acupuncturist once you arrive to personalize your treatment. This workshop begins with a brief one-on-one chat with an acupuncturist, followed by 5-10 minutes of gentle movement to help settle your body and prepare for stillness. Once you're on your mat, the sound bath and acupuncture session will commence. Afterward, you'll be treated to an electrolyte beverage and chocolates.
