Mark has invested his time in this approach to offer a high level of Osteopathic care. What can an appointment help with? Headaches & Migraines, Anxiety, Skeletal Tension and Pain, Posture, Sciatica, Ear and Jaw Pain, Dental & Orthodontics, Foot, Knee and Hip Problems, Pregnancy, Digestion, Urinary, Constipation, Concussions, Injuries, and Pre/Post Surgery. Mark has extensive experience treating a wide range of acute and chronic conditions. His practice includes everyone; teens, adults and seniors, babies, children and pregnancy. He has a special interest in posture, movement, and the relationship we have with our bodies. What to expect? Mark approaches the whole body by working collaboratively with you to find a new point of balance for your health and well-being and discover the underlying sources of your concerns. Mark utilizes light palpation and gentle techniques applied to the body’s soft tissues, cranium, and spine. In turn, this assists the release of stress and tension, reduces restrictions and relieves discomfort. This approach allows the body to return to balance, restore ease of movement, and improve function. Typically, appointments are 1 hour and usually 3-5 visits are the average.
