Carley pursued a career as an RMT out of a deep desire to help people directly within a holistic framework. With over 3,500 hours of clinical and hands-on experience, she has worked with a diverse range of individuals, including those managing spinal cord injuries, complex shoulder conditions, and repetitive strain injuries. She holds a passionate dedication to women’s health, finding immense reward in supporting women through their physical health goals and challenges. Carley’s practice goes beyond treating surface-level symptoms; she aims to help patients cultivate a deeper, mindful connection to their own bodies to facilitate real, lasting physical change. Alongside manual therapy, she has a strong passion for therapeutic exercise, using movement as a tool to empower both women and men to truly harness the strength and power of their own bodies. By combining targeted rehabilitative techniques with approaches that soothe the nervous system, Carley creates a treatment experience that is both highly effective and deeply grounding—helping patients of all ages overcome everyday aches while inspiring long-term vitality.
