She previously completed a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology degree from University of Alberta. She has been working at Propel since 2013, first as a Kinesiologist and then a Massage Therapist, and has completed training in functional movement taping and SFMA. More recently, Moni has added RAPID Neurofascial reset (upper and lower body) to her treatment toolbox and loves incorporating it into her treatments. Moni loves treating people with various pains, conditions and muscles imbalances, and will treat every individual with care and attention. In addition to treating lots of athletes and active adults and youth, she is also experienced in treating acute and chronic pain. She never follows a specific pattern in her treatments, but will adjust the pressure and techniques based on the response of the muscles. Moni also loves sharing stretches, mobility exercises and corrective exercises with her patients to treat the root of the pain and make sure every body is moving as efficiently as possible!
