Genevieve is a nationally board certified acupuncturist. She obtained a Masters in Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine from the Seattle Institute of East Asian Medicine in 2019. She is trained in Chinese and Japanese acupuncture techniques, Chinese herbal medicine, Zheng Gu Tui Na and Shiatsu massage. Her passion lies in working within the realms of women’s health, psycho-emotional wellbeing and musculoskeletal pain conditions. She has done extensive study in the use of acupuncture for infertility and as adjunctive support for IVF. Genevieve was first introduced to acupuncture and herbal medicine as a child, and it has been a constant source of healing and inspiration throughout her life. In her free time, she enjoys playing with her kids, spending time in nature, strength training, reading novels and stoking her passion for education and personal growth. Prior to opening MOONFLOWER, she practiced out of bustling clinics for many years in Seattle. She is grateful to bring her work home to the community of Bainbridge Island, where she lives with her husband, toddler son and baby daughter. Genevieve is able to bill insurance as an in-network provider with Regence, Aetna, Kaiser, Community Health Plan of Washington and most Blue Cross Blue Shield plans.
