I originally set out to become a physical therapist. While I was in school I became a certified massage therapist to get hands on experience with patients and injuries. I spent three years working at a physical therapy clinic while getting my Bachelor of Kinesiology Degree at California state university of Fullerton. I love combining movement and stretches with soft tissue work to increase mobility and keep you moving and lifting the way you want to!
This session can be focused on either upper/ lower body or more of a general full body session. Designed to remove severe tension, deep tissue massage is a technique used to relieve both muscles and connective tissue below the surface. It helps to improve range of motion and heal injuries below the surface. Can include passive or active stretching depending on your goals!
