Dr. Brittany Hutcheon grew up in Edmonton, Alberta and has always had a passion for staying active—whether that’s weightlifting, CrossFit, running, or spending time on the trails. Her background as both an athlete and a coach gives her a strong understanding of sports injuries, performance, and what it takes to move and feel your best. Brittany completed her Doctor of Chiropractic and Master’s in Sports Medicine at the University of Western States. She has extensive experience working with patients recovering from pain, injury, and long-standing movement issues. Her treatment approach blends hands-on soft tissue therapy, individualized rehabilitation exercises, and chiropractic adjusting to create well-rounded, effective care tailored to each person’s goals. She is excited to be returning to British Columbia and joining the team at Physical Pursuit Physiotherapy, where she looks forward to supporting the local community in staying active and resilient. Outside of the clinic, you’ll usually find her lifting, running, or exploring the outdoors with her dog, Kenai.
This appointment is designed for new chiropractic patients or returning patients who have not been seen in the past 3 months. Your visit will begin with a comprehensive assessment to understand your concerns, medical history, movement patterns, and functional limitations. The chiropractor will perform a detailed physical and orthopedic examination to identify the root cause of your symptoms and develop an individualized care plan. Time permitting, treatment is typically provided during this visit and may include a combination of chiropractic adjustments, soft tissue therapy, mobilization, exercise prescription, and education tailored to your goals. This appointment allows adequate time to ensure a thorough assessment, clear explanation of findings, and a personalized approach to your care. Please arrive a few minutes early to complete any required intake forms.
