Sydney is born and raised in Saskatoon. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with Distinction in 2022 before earning her Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Saskatchewan in 2025. Upon graduation, she received the N.W. Tymchyshyn Memorial Award, recognizing the graduate who demonstrated the highest level of clinical proficiency. With a lifelong involvement in sport and physical activity, Sydney developed an early appreciation for movement and performance. Her experiences as a competitive basketball player and her active lifestyle sparked her interest in rehabilitation and ultimately led her to a career in physical therapy. Sydney is committed to helping individuals restore function, reduce pain, and improve overall quality of life. She takes an individualized approach to care, integrating exercise prescription, manual therapy, and patient education to support clients of all ages in achieving their goals. Outside of clinical practice, Sydney has been involved in coaching high school basketball and recreational wheelchair tennis. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, spending time with family and friends, and walking her dog.
