Manual Lymphatic Massage is a very gentle, light massage that helps to manually move fluid though and stimulate lasting actively in the lymphatic system. Along with being very relaxing, the goal of this treatment is to aid our body in the management of inflammation and swelling from injury, illness, chronic condition, or surgery; encourage recovery from strenuous activity or ailment; and even mitigate scar tissue formation.
