Ive had a passion for healing as long as I can remember. I graduated top of my class from Blue Heron Academy of the Healing Arts & Sciences in Grand Rapids, MI. With over 1200 hours of medical massage and manual therapy education and training, I have been practicing as a licensed manual and medical therapist since 2022. Specializing in sports massage therapy and joint complex rehabilitation, my main goal is to decrease inflammation and pain in your body, increase range of motion in your everyday movement, and normalize your muscles soft tissue to function better. I also incorporates deep tissue and Swedish techniques along with therapeutic modalities to effectively treat the cause of your aches and pains. I am board certified in manual lymphatic drainage therapies along with abdominal body. Being a mother myself, I also have a passion for pre-natal and post-natal massage therapy.
