Kaitlyn pursued her passion for helping others in 2018, obtaining her diploma from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in Vancouver, BC. With her extensive education, she has gained a profound understanding of various massage techniques, including Deep Tissue , Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger-point therapy, and the treatment of soft tissue injuries. As an athlete herself, Kaitlyn specializes in deep tissue and focused treatments, understanding the specific needs and demands of an active lifestyle. She is particularly skilled at delivering effective deep pressure treatments that target muscle knots, also known as trigger points, to release tension and restore mobility. Outside of work, Kaitlyn loves playing sports and being in nature. Camping trips, mountain biking, hiking, snowboarding, and soccer are her jam.
